By downloading, installing, or using Go/No-Go ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Licence

Infinity Products grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, sell, sublicence, or modify the Software without prior written consent from Infinity Products.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, design, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Infinity Products and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Infinity Products be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Third-Party Software

The Software interacts with third-party applications including DCS World, MSFS, Helios, and DCS-BIOS. Infinity Products is not affiliated with or responsible for any third-party software. All third-party product names, logos, and brands mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Infinity Products.

7. COM Port & Hardware Interaction

The Software manages serial COM ports for DCS-BIOS communication. Infinity Products accepts no liability for hardware damage or system instability arising from COM port operations.

8. File Modification

The File Restore feature copies user-specified backup files to target locations. Infinity Products accepts no responsibility for data loss resulting from this feature.

9. Privacy

The Software does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All configuration is stored locally. Contact form submissions are processed by a third-party service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
